Established in 1990 after a merger with Pappas Carter Evans and Koop, a leading Australasian strategic consulting firm, BCG's Melbourne office is in a landmark building in the heart of the city's business district. We also work closely with BCG's offices in Sydney, Auckland and Canberra, as well as with other BCG offices throughout the Asia Pacific region.
We work with a diverse group of clients, including leading public and privately held Australian companies, government agencies, and a number of not-for-profit organisations. Our relationships with many clients are longstanding, with some spanning ten years or more.
The team in Melbourne has expertise and experience in industries including financial services, retail, resources, airlines, health care and industrial goods. We also have a thriving public sector practice working in areas as diverse as education, health, transport, hospitals and police. We advise clients on issues ranging from general strategy, corporate development and information technology to organisational design and operational change. Our pro bono efforts include work for major charitable organisations and a continuing relationship with a leading Indigenous organisation in tropical North Queensland.
