Interview Preparation

The recruiting process usually consists of three rounds. Each round will consist of two 45 minute interviews. These interviews have three parts: a discussion about you based on aspects of your resume, a case study discussion and some time at the end for you to ask questions about BCG. From experience, we realise some candidates are daunted by case interviews, so we've provided some tips on interview preparation on our global website.

We will advise you within 24-48 hours of your interview whether you have made it to the next interview round, and after all the interviews are completed, whether you will receive an offer to join us.
