Our Culture

The culture at BCG is relaxed, informal and collegial.  We firmly believe in respect for individuals, the value of diversity and the need to achieve a sustainable balance between our working lives and our other interests. 

We like to spend time getting to know the people we work with away from the office as well as in the course of our work. Each office usually has an event on Fridays, such as a breakfast, lunch or afternoon drinks where we get together and discuss recent pieces of work or other topics of interest. Some people are involved in sports teams and competitions, while others are members of the cooking club!  There are also several social events each year such as parties and movie nights which often include partners and families.  Everyone in the Australia-New Zealand offices also attends our firm wide conferences, which have been held in places such as the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and the Hunter Valley, NSW.
