Our Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney offices represent the Australia-New Zealand system of BCG. As a system, we draw our case teams from a common pool of staff from all three offices, so you could be working anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. However, we try to staff people in their home offices, unless they have a preference to travel. When travelling interstate, you will typically fly back for the weekend and spend Friday in your home office.
As a global firm, BCG also provides opportunities for experienced Consultants to work on projects outside ANZ and to transfer between offices.
In addition, the worldwide Ambassador Program for top-performing Consultants provides a 12 month inter-office transfer, with some living expenses, language training and return trips sponsored by the firm. Almost invariably, Ambassadors have found the program to be immensely rewarding in a cultural, professional and personal sense.
