Our Consultants provide strategic advice to the senior management of companies around the world, advice that addresses the 'big issues' within these companies.  For example, our work might entail developing positioning strategies for new brands, evaluating opportunities in new markets, setting prices for products, or designing manufacturing and product development processes to improve responsiveness to customers.

Other roles include analysing opportunities for alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures, and helping clients get the most out of their information technology. While the specific nature of the work for each client is different, strategy consulting invariably involves the implementation and management of major change.
